I’ve spent most of my career making complicated things work better.For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across operations, technology, project leadership, product development, and process improvement—from large organizations to smaller founder-led teams where everyone wears several hats.Today, through Haalcon Studios, I bring that experience to organizations that may not need another full-time executive, project manager, systems person, or digital specialist—but often need pieces of all of them.I’m a strategist by nature, but I’m also a builder. I like helping leaders clarify what they’re trying to accomplish, see how the pieces fit together, and then move into the details needed to make it real—whether that means organizing the project, improving a process, connecting systems, shaping the participant experience, or solving a technology problem.I’m not especially attached to particular platforms. Tools change. What matters more is understanding the problem, learning quickly, asking good questions, and finding the simplest solution that will actually work.
